This is very easy system for unlocking dongles.Try it now..

Download this software

Now open the dccrap.exe .
Choose your modem name in Select manufracture.

Choose Auto detect_ (Recommended) for Select model .
Now press delete card.
after that go to unlocking tab and press unlock button.

they request unlock code for huwai modems.if you have huwai dongle,you need to download below softwere.

install that software and give imei code then get your unlock code will display a particular place which name is NCK. 

If you have  E-303 dongle ,you need to sign up below site and get your unlocking code.
